Personalized Preventive Concierge Program (coming in May) - Click here for more information Preventive Medicine - Preventive medicine is the cornerstone of our practice. We perform comprehensive physicals in order to detect and treat medical conditions early and promote health. We also offer help to patients trying to quit smoking. Disease Management - We provide on-going medical care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, diseases of the heart, lungs, digestive system, thyroid, kidney, nervous system, muscles and joints. Acute Illness - We are available for urgent medical visits six days a week in the office, and have 24 hour phone coverage. Medical Testing - The following medical tests are available on site: EKG, echocardiogram, holter monitor, event recorder, ultrasound, spirometry, pulse oximetry, arterial and venous studies. Travel/immunization Clinic - A certified Travel Physician is available to evaluate patients prior to travel and administer appropriate vaccinations. Psychology - A doctor of psychology is available for appointments. Nurse - RNs are available for telephone triage, administration of vaccinations, injections, and instructions to patients. |
